STRONG VOICES: Seymour FM 103.9
ATTENTION: All community groups an sevice organisations.
The following is an invitation to all members of community groups an service organisations, if you have someone in your agency who feels they would have the confidence to perform behind the mike on the radio I would like to encourage you to enrol to become fully qualified on air presenters. We have a willing team of presenters who want to share there knowledge of radio.
Seymour FM 103.9 is a volunteer not for profit organisation with many over head costs, just like any other volunteer group we appreciate that organisations such as yours need to get information out to the general public to keep them informed.
That is why we are asking you to participate with Seymour fm to spread the good news about the services you provide, what better way is there to do this than by having some one from within your organisation trained to do a show revolving around the activities, services programs offered by you.
Once your trainer is satisfied that you are qualified to do a show, you will be slotted in to do an hourly daytime program (or maybe you'll prefer a night show) this will be a discussion between your organisation and our production manager.
If you require further information please contact me Alice Solomon either by ringing: (03) 5792 2039/ 0458 845 357 or email: seymourfm@live.com or ali.sol@hotmail.com

service that can optimise their organisation’s resources and the skills of their
volunteers. The Mitchell Community Skillsbank is a central database that links
local volunteers and volunteer groups with the opportunities and information
that can help them maximise their potential.
Skillsbank’s centralised database will make it easy for volunteers and
community organisations to recruit and manage volunteers, keep up to date
with news and training as well as improve the experience of volunteering in
Mitchell Shire. Each organisation and volunteer are able to control their
personal information and keep it updated. Mitchell Community Skillsbank will
run matches for volunteering opportunities with volunteers that are registered
